REFUND
Our refund policy applies 10 days after delivery of the order.
If it has been more than 10 days since your products were delivered, we are sorry but we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
We will need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please do not return your order to the original address.
Items which are not in their original condition or which are damaged for reasons other than ours will not be accepted.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be credited.
